Artwork Guidelines:
In order to service our customers better, for present or future needs, W. M. Martin Advertising, Inc, offers the ability to receive and store your artwork electronically. If you do elect to e-mail us your artwork, we ask that it is submitted in a PC format with preferably a file extension of .eps,. jpeg., .tif. or.gif. We also request you to fax a hard copy to us in order to assure logo integrity. Please fax to 972-732-8041. Once your artwork is received, you will receive a notice, informing you that your artwork was received successfully or notify you in the event that there were any problems in the transfer. Your artwork will be stored safely for future needs.
If you have exact specifications for your artwork as far as color guidelines, please let us know. Often times, corporate logos have exact specifications of allowed colors or what colors to use on different color surfaces. You will be contacted if there are any questions. Due to the nature of the promotional products industry, sometimes artwork must be manipulated in order to be successfully place on a chosen item. If any art charges are necessary, you will be informed of the costs, at the time the final quote is given. If you do not have artwork that is camera ready, our in-house graphic artist can do this for you. All we need is your business card, corporate stationery, or if you have a corporate web site, the logo can often be downloaded from there and necessary adjustments can be made.

Over Runs and Under Runs:
Industry standards allow for an overrun or underrun of merchandise of 5%. |

Bills are sent after a customer receives the order. Payment terms are net 30 days and include the cost of the item(s), including setup charges, imprint cost, etc., shipping and where applicable tax. |
New Customers:
50% paid when order is placed, balance due when order is delivered. |
Open Account:
Balance due 30 days from invoice date. (Requires prior credit approval.)
We accept MasterCard, Visa, checks and money orders. We also have the ability to set up corporate accounts with procurement card transactions as well. |
